McAlister`s Deli in Burleson

My partner's favorite place to go.On today's visit, he accidentally ordered his food incorrectly so I ordered and paid for a new meal for him.When the manager overheard us talking about the first ordered, she offered to have a new one made free of charge. However I had already ordered the new meal, she instead offered us a dessert even though the restaurant was not at fault I really appreciated the gesture and enjoyed the carrot cake 10/10 would have again.This time around I ordered the Jalepeno Turkey Crunch. If you enjoy putting chips in your sandwich and love avocado, you'll enjoy this sandwich.I also ordered a baked potato and this is the first time I gave ever been given the correct amount of sour cream for a baked potato and was super duper pleased

So many great choices it took me a few minutes to order, they were very helpful while I was deciding. Our food came out quickly and everything was wonderful! We will be back again for tasty sandwiches and an Arnold Palmer!

I go here all the time in the summer just for a Pecan berry salad. I wish they had them all year. In the winter there is nothing better than a hot cheesy spud. Either way they are one of my favorites.

Unbelievable! I'm guessing these salads are pre-made at this location because this the second time this has happened and my wife made sure to say NO CUCUMBERS twice. But it's my fault because I should've checked my order before leaving this location.

Similar to a popular place but the service was really top notch. Brought my basketball team in and they feed twenty of us in a timely manner. Thank you

Going in I was a little skeptical but I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was inside. The sandwiches are all only about 8 dollars and they all come with a side! So all in all it's a great spot to grab a bite.

This food chain is amazing. The food and the sweet tea here is always fresh and you can never go wrong with any of their choices. I get the McAllister club with Mac and Cheese alongside a sweet tea.

If you like sandwiches & soups your gonna like it. Nice atmosphere clean with a friendly staff. Pleasant temperatures. I had the chicken salad it comes on an oven toasted croissant. Delicious, with a side of potato soup which was also delicious and creamy. Sorry I ate it all before I thought about taking a picture. Told you Delicious.

It's the perfect portion meal, my favorite place to eat and have a half lemonade, half tea.

Great deli. Wide variety of sandwiches soups and salads from which to choose. Fresh and delicious with quality ingredients but be careful with the onions. They're the strongest I've ever eaten.

It's filthy as others have mentioned. Although it may seem like they are listening to you when you place your order, they're not. No special orders they'll make it their way. As far as the foods concerned it's pretty much consistent with other locations. Although my colleague got what appears to be a 1/5 of a piece of bacon on their sandwich. To summarize: Service sucks, it's filthy, and the foods ok.

My daughter and I frequent this place a lot. This is our after shopping wind down spot. Love the atmosphere.

McAlister's is one of the best places I've ever eaten at. It's mostly sandwiches and wraps, but I love to order the same few things because they're delicious. Also, the staff are some of the nicest people.

Whenever i order from this location I meet the nicest people. I was waiting on my to go order and 2 people asked if I had been helped. The potato soup is my ultimate favorite. I really wish I could switch the yellow cheese for pepper jack w/o being charged more but other than that I love it. EMILEE was the first to ever take my order there and she is so sweet. THANK YOU EMILEE...

Excellent sandwich stop. Better priced than Panera or Potbelly. About $10 a person. I wish the sandwiches came with a Pickle like most Delhi's.

We have visited this location in the past but stopped coming...and now remember why. The service is good, the food is okay...but diesnt match the advertised pictures. Portions are smaller, and amounts differ. My chicken salad sandwich was more bread than anything else, as was hubby's roast beef. Disappointing!

McAlisters is one of the newest places to eat in Burleson. Large selection of sandwiches and soups make this a good place to try something new. Employees are very nice and willing to take care of the customer. Fun place to go for Lunch or Dinner.

Always clean and great staff. Their is a young man with Down syndrome who works there and he makes our experience great every single time. This last time he held the door open and then went out to my car to open my door because I have two babies. He is such a great employee!!!

Food was good. Ordered chip and queso and we got a basket of chip crumbs. Figured it was the bottom of a bag but it was impossible to dip so we asked for more chips and got the same thing again.

Nice place, though they're over priced for a soup and sandwich shop the food is fresh the people are friendly and helpful the food tasts pretty good be better if they didn't kill it with salt if you have health issues such as diabetes or hypertension i wouldn't recommend this place its not for us. its for those that are considered to be healthy people. However they do have gluten free foods. A plus for those that have gluten allergies.

Thanks to some gnarly storms our power went out right before putting dinner in the oven, so we needed to go somewhere to eat. We ended up at McAlister's. Not only was the food fresh and tasty, but our 3 kids meals were $0.99 each if we dined in. 5 people eating dinner for just under $20? No brainer!

Disappointing service, disappointing food.Parked at the door. Tuesday 2:00 PM. Placed order on internet, as requested. Waited 25 minutes. They took my money, brought no food. Called inside, put on hold, still no food. They have a customer service phone number. Called it. Five more minutes on hold. Watched foot traffic come and go...not so much traffic. Finally brought food. BLT sandwich. Food at room temperature. Bread not toasted. Just like stale, dried out bread. Bacon not crisp. Cooked, but soggy. Very disappointing...
